The Company, Buncha Vets LLC, is a private, independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a part of any Veterans Administration (VA), federal, state, or local governmental entity, agency, or organization.

The Service is offered solely by Buncha Vets LLC and operates strictly outside of the authority, responsibilities, and purview of governmental or federally regulated agencies.

Users should not interpret any content, advice, or service provided by the Company as official communication, legal guidance, medical advice, or guidance from a governmental authority.

1.2Limitation of Governmental Responsibility

The Company is not held responsible for actions, omissions, or responsibilities that would be deemed standard or required of a governmental organization, including, but not limited to:

• Processing, adjudication, or approval of federal veteran benefits claims.
• Providing official medical or mental health care covered or regulated by federal agencies.
• Ensuring compliance with federal regulations beyond those generally applicable to private businesses.

The User acknowledges and agrees that they will hold the Company harmless from any claim, liability, or damages arising from the denial of benefits, errors in official government processes, or any failures related to governmental responsibilities.

1.3Informational Purpose Only

Any information, resources, or links provided on the Service regarding veteran benefits, laws, or programs are for informational, community, and general guidance purposes only.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information, which is subject to change by the governing governmental bodies.

Users are responsible for confirming all official information with the relevant government agencies.

2.1Integrity and Honesty

You must be truthful and accurate in any information you provide to the Company or other users through the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Buncha Vets LLC and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of (a) your use and access of the Service, or (b) your breach of these Terms.

7.1Guided Fishing Trip Prize Package

The Giveaway sign-up page is the ideal location to detail the all-expense-paid Guided Fishing Trip. This prize package comprehensively covers airfare (if required), lodging, meals, and a state regulatory fishing license.

Additionally, ground transportation expenses will be reimbursed; participating drivers must submit corresponding fuel receipts. All necessary fishing equipment will be provided by the guides. No personal expenditure is required from the winner.
